Bee Choo

About Ng Bee Choo

Ever a kampong girl at heart, Bee Choo used to hang out at her aunt's kampong house during the school holidays when she was young (many moons ago) and cried when she had to return to her parents' HDB flat. From collecting birds stamps as a teenager till finally joining the Malayan Nature Society in 1987, it was somewhat inevitable that she started Nature's Niche in 1995 - at a time when Singapore lacked a specialise shop on nature books and souvenirs. She was the Nature Society (Singapore) bird group secretary for 6 years until 1996 when she left to concentrate on Nature's Niche in Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
